Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the RozAana app and website collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the RozAana mobile apps for iOS and Android, rozaana.pk, and our delivery operations in Lahore.

Information we collect

Account information. Your name, mobile number, email address (optional) and password or one-time code used to sign in.

Delivery information. Your delivery address, neighbourhood, building or gate instructions, and any note you add for the rider.

Order and subscription information. Items ordered, quantities, schedule and delivery windows, order history, applied discounts, and delivery status.

Payment information. The payment method you choose and a transaction reference. Card and mobile-wallet details are entered with our payment partners and are not stored on RozAana servers.

Location. With your permission, approximate or precise device location to set your delivery address and to show the assigned store. You can decline and enter an address manually; you can withdraw the permission in your device settings at any time.

Device and usage information. Device model, operating-system version, app version, language, crash reports, and in-app events used to diagnose faults and improve the app.

Communications. Messages, calls and support tickets you send us, and delivery-related calls between you and the rider.

How we use it

To create and operate your account; to take, pick, route and deliver your orders and recurring subscriptions; to process payments and issue receipts; to notify you about delivery status, schedule changes and rate updates; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and abuse; to keep the required tax and accounting records; and to improve our range, pricing and service quality.

Marketing messages about offers are sent only with your consent, and every message includes a way to stop them. Refusing marketing does not affect your ability to order.

Who we share it with

Delivery riders and store staff receive the name, phone number, address and order contents needed to complete your delivery. Payment processors receive the amount and a transaction reference. Technology providers who host our systems, send notifications and record crash diagnostics process data on our instructions. Authorities receive information only where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations require. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or aggregated.

Your choices

You can review and correct your profile and addresses in the app, pause or cancel a subscription at any time, turn location and notification permissions on or off in your device settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in code private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Children

RozAana is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
